Cindy, we have been doing remote-viewing user-testing using GotoMeeting and we have been really pleased. We start a meeting session with a tester, then make them the presenter. You can have one or more observers, which is nice. And you can record the entire session. This has entirely replaced in-person testing for us at 1000markets.com and bixbe.com and I have to say it really works and is hugely time efficient. Moreover, it allows for testing across huge geographies which is important as we develop international products.
