We start a meeting session with a tester, then make them the presenter. You can have one or more observers, which is nice. And you can record the entire session. This has entirely replaced in-person testing for us at <a href="http://1000markets.com" rel="nofollow">1000markets.com</a> and <a href="http://bixbe.com" rel="nofollow">bixbe.com</a> and I have to say it really works and is hugely time efficient. Moreover, it allows for testing across huge geographies which is important as we develop international products.
